and having the exotic avifauna species in the
landscape is one of them. Placing that feather
on our hat, introducing the whopping vultures,
one of the star species in the Panna Tiger
reserve, on our exclusive stole. This piece is
hand-dyed and block printed by the members
of the Pardhi community, a traditional hunting
community who is now a part of the larger
conservation drives in and around the forests
of Panna. Wild pines is of the opinion that by
involving the members of the Pardhi, in the
production of the wildlife themes souvenirs, it
will not only provide the alternative livelihood
to the community but would reduce their
dependence on the forests. By purchasing this
